Novena to Our Lady of Fatima for Conversion. Lord, in this holy season of prayer and song and laughter, we praise you for the great wonders you have sent us: for shining star and angel's song, for infant's cry in lowly manger. We praise you for the Word made flesh in a little Child. Thank you that He paid the punishment for my sins by dying on the cross. And thank you that He rose again to prove that death was truly defeated.

Giving Thanks

I place my trust in You to be my Savior. Gracious, loving and merciful God, on this Christmas Eve, as the light of your Word penetrates our hearts, as we are reminded of the gift of life and faith, as the glories of the heavenly hosts are echoed in our church, we open ourselves up to your Spirit and give you thanks. We are grateful, Lord Jesus, that your story has become our story, and we celebrate your birth. Help us, Lord God, to be the faithful, gracious, loving, giving and forgiving people you would have us be. Check out our Christmas Section.

Lord Jesus, Please forgive me for being so grumpy as I trudge through the never-ending tasks set before me this holiday season…. The world slows its pace, family comes together in a warm embrace and the spirit of giving is in the crisp, cool air.

Lord, I pray for continued blessings in the year to come. I pray for healing where healing is needed, comfort where comfort is needed and provision where provision is needed.

    1. A Prayer to Keep Christmas Simple

I ask that this Christmas party honor you and celebrate Your birth more than it celebrates our own accomplishments, because we know that no accomplishments are possible without your blessing. It is not by my own power, but by your mercy and grace that I stand here today praying before the family that I love so much. It is with a grateful heart that I pray these words. May your kingdom reign forever. In your name we pray, Amen. Thanks for my family and the food on our table.
